This State-of-the-Art construction includes: 26’ – 30’ clear heights, 100% concrete driveways, courtyards and truck courts, dock high and grade level loading, flexible column spacing, T-5 warehouse lighting, ESFR sprinkler system, finished ground floor offices, and ample mezzanine. Magellan Gateway is an extremely flexible project with up to 14 units available for both sale and lease ranging in size from 10,905 SF to 164,284 SF. This “Sustainable Facility” (LEED Certified) is expected to be complete and ready for occupancy by the Second Quarter 2016.
